How to Print a Document

For Windows Users

– Using the print icon

1. Look toward the top-right corner of the PDF viewer.
2. Click the printer icon (🖨).
3. In some browsers, the icon may appear when you move your mouse over the top edge of the screen.
4. Your print window will open. Select your printer and click Print.

– Using the keyboard

1. With the PDF tab active, press Ctrl + P.
2. Choose your printer in the window that appears.
3. Click Print.

For Mac Users

– Using the print icon

1. At the top of the PDF viewer, click the printer icon (🖨).
2. If you don’t see it right away, move your mouse toward the top edge of the PDF and the toolbar will appear.
3. Select your printer.
4. Click Print.
